Ti-flo™ 950 wets titanium, titanium alloys and super alloys. It moistens ceramic surfaces, thereby allowing ceramics to be soldered without metallic coatings and plating. Due to the high titanium content, high strength and good corrosion resistance are achieved. Typical applications include brazing vacuum tubes, waveguides, and titanium-based missile and engine components for the aerospace industry. Ti-flo™ 950 must be soldered under a high vacuum atmosphere. Further suitable soldering alloys for soldering titanium alloys are Pallabraze™ 880, Active-braze™ no. 1, Active-braze™ no. 2 and silver.
